Vatcharin Bhumichitr, the owner of the hotel, has written many cookery books about Thai food and has a restaurant “Tamarind” in Miami. The menu at the restaurant in Cinnamon is Thai with the accent on local Southern Thai Food. The international food is contemporary. Food is served from 7a.m. until 10p.m. in the restaurant, by the pool, or in your room.
