Cancellation & No Show Policy :
- Cancellation should notify to the hotel by e mail or fax prior to the specified date of each season.
- Peak Season : 21 days prior to the arrival date / Subject to 100% for Late Cancellation Fee.
- High Season : 14 days prior to the arrival date / Subject to 30% for Late Cancellation Fee.
- Low Season : 7 days prior to the arrival date / Subject to 10% for Late Cancellation Fee.
- Fully Booking Value will be charged for non arrival guest or No Show. (All season)
- Non refundable will be made for Early Check out. (All season)
